And to think, if only we hadn't released Brent Holmes we might have amounted to something.

"I could go and have a suite and watch the Atlanta Falcons or the Georgia Force play or anything else. But I'm the kind of guy, if I'm going to go there, I'm going to complain and be unhappy about the way the team's playing. So I'd rather own the damn thing and try to fix it. Even if I can't, I'll try to make it better. I thought it would be more fun and I thought I could add more value in that way."

From what I've heard, Gwinnett Arena is doing some major upgrades next season for the Gladiators and the Force.  This includes a WAY better sound system, New Jumbotrons, and score boards.  They're hiring more people to bring around the drinks and nick-nacks.  The Force Organization knew that they had to have a good season in order to help upgrade gwinnett arena.  And they will be. Thanks to Blank and his unlimited bank account.

a 10-6 season shows they're on the right path.  Now, if the Force win the Arenabowl, that will bring in more dollars, more fans, etc... see my point??  This guy who wrote this post is a joke.  Tell me the last Atlanta team ( in football) to have back-to-back division winnings, correction, won 3-4 divisions.  Has never had a loosing season, oh and has had a chance twice to win a championship???????  you guess it... THE FORCE!!!!!! We don't need you around to dampen the game, so if you don't like it, then go support another sport.

Now if I have this right, IF the Force still played at Phillips, a 10-6 season and Divisional Championship would have been wonderful, but since it's at Gwinnett Arena now they suck, meaning the venue makes or breaks the team.

Your reasoning is indeed absurd if that is the bases of your argument.

I guess the Falcons suck because they play in the Ga Dome. Right?

At any rate, I ride as far or farther than you, and I'll keep making the trip. The only reason I ever when downtown in the past 3 years was for Force games and it reminded me of the time a repair man dug up and pumped out my septic tank.

Since I have one in my backyard, covered with very green grass, I don't need to be reminded of the smell, so I'll stay away. Haven't lost a thing in the ATL.

Wee Willie............we sure do enjoy the unbridled enthusiasm and passion in your posting.........no need to let facts get in the way of getting your point across ........Now, I'm not exactly sure what a "loosing" season is, but when it comes to losing seasons, the Force do have a couple under their belt, in 2002(6-8) at the Phil and 2004(7-9) at the Gwin.  They have also added a pair of non-winning, .500 seasons to their resume in 2003 a the Gwin and 2006 at the Phil.  Maybe the second time you saw them play for the championsip was on your Play Station, since 2005 was their only appearance in the real world.

Welcome Home Gwin...er Georgia Force
