Ok this is my situation. Should i pay alot of money for tickets or can i just buy the cheap upper level ones and just walk down to open seats somewhere? I live in Virginia and will be spending alot of money on getting there and staying the night and paying for my girl as well. so fellas(ladies too) what should i do? I can get 30 dollar upper level tickets or i can spend the 120 on the lower level... gimmie some advice. oh and the game will be the dec 14th one agianst tampa! thank you!

I had real good seats for last six years and bought them right after we drafted YKW. I was in section 215(Mezzanine corner) and they were $790 per ticket for season and I had two so they were $1,580.

Well, last year sucked and felt like the product on the field was bad and of course this was not Blank's fault but without Vick and the Petrino mess just made those games unwatchable. On top of this, I had been a successful mortgage originator and then the housing crisis basically severed half my income so - I had to "cut" the tickets as it was a "pricey" luxury.

Well, I'm a Falcons die-hard and I realized it is going to absolutely SUCK to not be able to watch the Falcons eight times this year - because, I'm telling you - none of those games are going to sell out - the home schedule: Detroit, KC, Denver, St. Louis, Chicago, Carolina, Tampa, New Orleans - none of those teams except maybe Chicago will travel well to sell-out the dome and there is a GAZILLION seats still available.

I said to myself: "Self, go look at those $250 seats for season tickets-at that price, you can justify getting tickets". So, I went on-line and looked - no offense to those of you who have these seats, but just a little "too high" up in the air for my tastes. So, I settled onto the $390/season ticket seats(bought two-$790 total w/ tax, tag & title) and I am in the upperdeck corner - Section 301, Row 6.

Anybody out there in this section? I thought the view was really good and I thought for upper-deck that row 6 was not too high.

whaddya think? I'm gonna split with two other guys so I will get to go to 3 out of 8 games(two tix to three regular season games) and whole thing will cost me just under $300 - not bad. If I get three home games with 8 road games, I can survive. I just can't take missing out on all the Falcons home games. Michael Turner and Matt Ryan will be fun to watch.:)

Should I get Stubhub tickets right now or are there other, better ways to purchase tickets? I'm going to Atlanta in December, so we all know odds are the Falcons won't be in the running for much by that time...

Is it hard to score single game tickets on, or the week leading up to game day? What sections should I look for and which ones should I avoid?

It looks like I'll be in town for the games against the Bucs and the Rams. I'm also thinking about going to the Falcons@Saints game in New Orleans.

This is my second post about my season tickets. I've got 4 in the upper corner (Falcons bench side) Section 327 row 3 seats 5-8. I'm lowering the price to $350 a piece and I'm selling them in pairs or all four together. I had to let them go this year due to my financial situation. This is a steal and a far better view than the $250 seats that they are selling.

You will be right above the tunnel where our Falcons come out!! I can mail or UPS these. They will arrive in mid to late July, I'll also throw in the Season ticket decal. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

I called today and the representative was able to give me very little information. They told me the location might be moved and that the Falcons were still having it, but other then that that is all he knew. Doe anyone remember when LAST YEAR'S event was?

Has anyone been hearing anything about the possibility of an Atlanta Falcon Emblem Vehicle Tag being offered this year for falcon fans. I know you have to have so many people willing to buy the tag in order for it be made available. I think it's something like a 1000 applications that has to be requested. It would be great to be able to purchase one this year.

Who is the idiot that created the Falcons $250 marketing strategy?

The stupidest campaign I have ever seen by a team struggling to hold on to a season ticket fan base.

Season ticket holders, people I consider friends, have left after getting crapped on by the Falcons.

The fans put up with the Falcons circus on the field and in the media, but the most resent marketing campaign slaps the season ticket holders in the face and stings more.

The Falcons organization gives the fly by night new fan more respect then the returning lower level or club fan shelling out $600-$999+ per seat.

Ten years ago my ticket was $340. No improvement in the record, 4 head coaches, 4 starting quarterbacks, a new owner and 10 years later the front office believes my ticket is worth 3 times the 1998 price.

Is the market there to price the tickets like this?

Are the NEW $250 fans worth more to the Falcons organization then the 30 20 or 10 year season ticket holder that has worked his/her way down to great seats in the lower level?

The current $250 cheep seat give away is a direct slap in the face to any one that did not receive a price cut on there season tickets after sticking it out.

Way to show your thanks to the fans for staying behind your Falcons.

I have watched so many friends walk away from there tickets this season.

Way to go, to the marketing idiot that designed and implemented the screw the fan base $250 strategy.

So many great screaming load fans and friends gone from the dome, and it would have taken so little to change there minds.

A small price cut to all the fans would have gone a long way.

I have so much excitement for the new coach and players the Falcons are putting on the field, but during the week I pay my season ticket money the frustration boils. Hearing the $250 commercials with Mr. Blanks voice over and over talking about the past personally slapping some of the Falcon faithful in the face does not help.

I would much rather sell to falcon fans than having to put them on stubhub for sell to the visiting team fans. These are absolutely great seats that I have been able to sell for double face value to visiting team fans in years past, but I refuse to do that and would rather take the loss. Does anyone know when we actually receive the tickets? I'm assuming they mail them to us in a package? Also, are there any benefits we receive from being STH's? I'm talking anything, special line for entering the dome, any kind of merchandise or access to anything special, discounts, etc. Thanks.
